Durex Method

Go to a pharmacy (or drugstore whatever you call it), a market or a place where you can find a box of Durex condoms.
You don't need to buy it, just pick up the box of the type of condoms you want and look at its packaging's bottom.
There, you will see some numbers. Take a picture of it. You will use the "Product Code" and "LOT number"
Contact Durex Support (pick your country) via phone. (You can send them a mail too.)
Make up an excuse about the pack of condoms "you just bought". (I said when I opened first one of them, it was ripped. I opened up the second and it looked good, so I went ahead. During sex, it got ripped again and I am so unsatisfied about this.)
They will ask if you still have the box or still have any other condoms. TELL THEM NO. This is important, else they will ask you to send it. (Tell them you got angry and threw all out etc.)
Tell them that you took a photo of product's information to get in touch with them before throwing it away.
Give them the required information and they will ask for your address to ship a new pack.
