So on my MyBB forums i created there is this top bar navigation like thing.
But I don't know where i can edit it.

You can easily edit via templates in admin control panel.

Go to the header templates for your theme, then go to just the default header.
if you want to modify the part that shows member username/link to usercp n shit, that's header_welcomeblock_member by default.
or header_welcomeblock_guest for visitors (usually shows the login/register buttons)
