It looks like all you did was plaster a vector over a diagonally cut background, then added a vector C with some "fire" effects.
If you made all of that yourself though, then it's a definite 6/10.
Nearly correct; The C is actually the royal-initialen font with abokehand clip masking used but in blunt words, yes.

Well since you're going with the title "Engraved," attempt to make it appear as if it's an engraving into a wall or block. Try to turn it from bland and effect-based to something that you might see at say, a park statue. Try putting it on a stone-pattern background then manipulating all of the items (minus the bokeh effects) to appear as if it's an engraving in the background.
