Ever felt like you can't move your legs or hands while being stoned

I don't know it was a good day one time hanging out with friends and being drunk this one puff of blunt suddenly made me feel dizzy i felt like i can't move my legs or hands

just when i was starting, but i think it was placebo effect xDD
