Explain backdoors

I have never,ever played Garry's Mod.

Explain to me please what on earth is a backdoor.

a backdoor is like a hidden door, you can exploit it and do everything on the server

So basically an added line of code that if a person knows it (the one who made it for example) can exploit it and gain full access to the rest,correct?

yes it's correct

By learning lua though you can go through most game-mode files and understand the code yourself and find the backdoor yourself. Way more of a useful skill to have than relying on other users. Off topic, I always put backdoors into websites I design for clients until they've paid up.

If you owned a server with Crident, you can use the backdoor tool they have to scan for any backdoors, although some can be false, or there are addons on the workshop that allow you to see any backdoors or exploits within your server
