FPS

I have 30-60 FPS, everything depended on the map and the entity.

Either you have too many processes running or your PC is already old

There is lot of tuto, with gmod_queue_mode and others...

You either have too many script intensive addons, or need to reinstall the game. You can also try enabling multicore rendering.

you should try a fps boost it works well but some server does not use it

First set your settings as low as you can. Disable all you addons. And ask to open a FPS menu on servers you go (if they have)

Is your laptop connected to your toaster, i had the same issue a few years back.

i have 120fps il the game, i have a pc gamer (yes)

MOst of the time its due to the entities on the map if others players are dropping in frames. you can check by typing "net_graph 4" ("net_graph 0" to remove from screen) into console to see what the main issue for lag but if its just you I would check your system specs like graphic settings and RAM allocated
