FPS

I installed an addon called "fps booster" and it actually worked, i got like 5+ frames

Gmod is based off your CPU the better CPU you have the more fps. It is not based on your graphics card my bud.

There are a group of console comands, that can rise your FPS. Probably, you should use it.

Autoexe 3 commands recommend (+ 20-30 fps in my case)
gmod_mcore_test 1
mat_queue_mode -1
cl_threaded_bone_setup 1

If you would post your system specs we could have helped you but even though you didnt you can help yourself by updating drivers, cleaning the computer, scanning drives for any malware.

I have a FPS game from 60 to 30. It depends on which mode I play.

Install a can of ravioli in the PSU stroud. This will increase fps by 100000+ minimum.

I think it's because you subscribe to too much addon or or it's just that the server has a bad host so has lag or else it's because your pc is not powerful enoughz

You can try to use the console command "gmod_mcore_test 1" to give you some extra frames since it always helps for me.
