Fallout How do these work?

I'm genuinely curious about this. I used this suit at the beginning of the game but it ran out of Power/Energy whatever it is.

What do I need in order to use this suit again?

I didnt really play the game that much as people spoiled it for me >.> (fuckheads)

Anyways, Pretty sure I had to get a fusion core, (or power core whatever it's called) SOME TYPE OF CORE :hurr:

You get one at the beginning but it runs out.. Idk what you do then :noh:

You need to explore and find fusion cores from generators.
