I think because I started looking at it I think dragon ball

Akira, Ghost in the Shell, Evangelion, Gundam Wing, Serial Experiments Lain, Dragon Ball Z, all the classics. 90's was the best era for all anime IMO so many classics

Initial D actually got me into Anime. If not for that, I probably wouldn't have become a weeb
