Personally mine is DarkRP. I love the variety of stuff you can do. I always wanted to make a server.

Probably Cinema, You can play many minigames like minigolf, bowling, arcade machines... depends of the server...

my favorite has been and always will be go fish yourself 2. its super simple, really funny, and its really nice to relax and fish with your friends.
