Favorite current build?

My computer is one I built and about 5 years old. It's still running great, but I'd like to upgrade - mainly my graphics card and processor. Recommendations?

If your pc is 5 years old you'd be replacing your cpu, motherboard, and ram.
Stating a budget would also help.
