mine is sort of silly, most people don't really remember this band/musician but he's been my favourite since i was 12 for reasons i can't really explain lol... owl city! music just speaks to me in a specific sort of way. i also really enjoy taylor swift, F.U.N., COIN, anything that's got a sort of 80's vibe to it. (if anyone has recommendations im all ears)

Loving the diversity of artists here. King Krule has such a distinct style of rough moody jazz that I've never experienced before which drew me to him. I also love his abstract and emotive lyrics. I also love Kendrick Lamar quite a bit. His lyrics are hard hitting and poetic and he has such a well developed form of artistry. To Pimp a Butterfly is probably my favorite album of all time.
