I was wondering if anyone else has this, whenever I have a day off work Ifeel empty/depressed or something. Just the feeling of not doing anything, and having nothing to do is so strange to me that I feel sad for some reason. I work in construction so I have pretty long days and I work 5-7 days a week.

Well,
I think I know where you're coming from. You know those feelings, those times where you have a day off school and it feels so quite, empty and alone because you're use to being at school surrounded by people and noise. I don't think it is depression, but if it is best talk to someone about it.

I feel the exact same way, and i guess it is natural specially if your day off doenst match your friends free time, so you end up at home a lone with nothing to do. I would try making some exercise and meeting people on your day off.
