IF you turn your settings to just under double the normal, you should be fine. I use it a lot on Hypixel and i am fine.

Just use AutoBypass with Invisible AntiBots. If that doesn't help you, maybe decrease your kill aura and other hax? Just because it has bypasses for Anti-Cheats doesn't mean that it will hide that you are FLYING or some other dodgy stuff.
