Pen and paper for initial idea. Photoshop for sketching it and refining.
Adobe Illustrator for making the final file, also in vector which is required.
Then we used a real laser printer, with its associatedsoftware, to import and engrave the glass.
I then put this glass on a small easel in a studio and photographed it. Then edited photo a bit with Photoshop.
