Basically I have been dis-allowed advertising in HackForums. Got scammed on Forumkorner by Philly. Banned and thread deleted 3 days before its original expiration sticky date paid $50 too and most forums doesn't allow.

Aoki is the only owner so far to accept me, so I was wondering if you know about any sites to advertise my forum? It'd be good to know.

Thanks in advance.

Honestly don't know. Like you said, most sites don't allow any paid stickies anymore, so it's hard to advertise your forum.

And why would you give money to Philly?

Because I would've never imagined a forum owner would scam for an item which doesn't cost anything from their end, but I believe it's currently under dispute by paypal.

I just started a promotion forum when header links will be free for 14 days while earning credits by posting, but it needs more members for that to be really effective though.

You could ask smaller websites to put your ad on for your forum.
but the best way to grow your site is through social media.

They will deny him, he has a "leak" section and they do not allow that.

Facebook is the most cost efficient technique to advertise online.
