Okay so first you need to go on this page: https://www.dominos.co.uk/contact/
Then click Click here under the Domino's customer care heading and after that say yes to "Already contacted store"
Ok now you can put in your personal infomation , you can be honest about this, in the comments section make sure to say your order was a pickup from the store and make sure that the nature of the feedback is "Food Safety" related. Then, make up an excuse saying how your pizza made you ill and the general experience was awful, be creative; come up with a small anecdote without too much infomation. The store will either call you or email you, I've only had the option of receiving money after they called. Worst case scenario in this is that they give you free pizza vouchers. Have fun getting money/free pizza for nothing
