Their policies annoying as fuck ,you gotta speak with them or with their support line to see where is your money it's not magically disappeared.

I am from China. Although I have a pp account, I don't know the rules of PP. I can only wish you good luck here. However, I feel that it is a good choice to call customer service. I have tried to solve the problem by using the customer service phone before, and I got a good answer.

honestly i despise paypal but i still use it for sending money to friends i simply just hate the cut that they take from their transactions across the world if my mom was in paris and i wanted to send her 5634 she wouldn't be able to receive the full amount unless i payed more which sucks in my opinion
