I guess a lot of people already know that my sleeping shedule is fucked up very often. I'm mostly up for 2-3 days, sleep 5-6 hours and then I'm up again.
Since a week, I forced myself to sleep every day, but I really have problems with it. An example, I went to sleep 10:30pm yesterday and woke up 4:00am today. I just can't sleep longer than 5-6 hours. I'm always tired when I don't sleep that much and I'm feeling really dizzy the whole day long.

Why don't you try pills for a bit? Like seriously use 1 packet or so and your brain or whatever might get used to it.

When you're going to sleep, you can't maybe sleep at 12AM, but you can sleep at 1AM.

Try getting off of the computer earlier than you do now. Try going to the gym also, I personally find it easier to fall asleep when I get home after working out.

Quote:4. Lack of Sleep Kills Sex Drive

Sleep specialists say that sleep-deprived men and women report lower libidos and less interest in sex. Depleted energy, sleepiness, and increased tension may be largely to blame.

For men with sleep apnea, a respiratory problem that interrupts sleep, there may be another factor in the sexual slump. A study published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism in 2002 suggests that many men with sleep apnea also have low testosterone levels. In the study, nearly half of the men who suffered from severe sleep apnea also secreted abnormally low levels of testosterone during the night.

I try to get off earlier, but there are always some people who prevent me to do so.
I'm not allowed to go to the gym cause of heart problems.
