I guess a lot of people already know that my sleeping shedule is fucked up very often. I'm mostly up for 2-3 days, sleep 5-6 hours and then I'm up again.
Since a week, I forced myself to sleep every day, but I really have problems with it. An example, I went to sleep 10:30pm yesterday and woke up 4:00am today. I just can't sleep longer than 5-6 hours. I'm always tired when I don't sleep that much and I'm feeling really dizzy the whole day long.
