Funny Is Water Wet Or Dry?

Bringing this back from a while ago cause why not lmao.

Water is the essence of wet.... and wet is the essence of water.. so the bigger question is.. how do you feel?

I'll be the contrarian here and declare water.... DRY! If you're the essence of wet, how can you be truly wet?!

If you want a serious answer, water is clearly not 'wet.' Things become wet after touching water, water itself is just water. It's like when people ask is cereal a soup. If you break it down to the most basic level, sure? But clearly as a society we have decided that cereal is not soup by virtue of not referring to it as soup 99% of the time. Same goes with water being wet.
