I draw it first on paper, scan and do quick touch-ups and print it out. Draw over to improve stuff, make changes etc, then repeat that process 4-5 times.
When I have it done, I scan and prepare it in Photoshop. I save a JPG and put in illustrator where I trace it. For this particular one I needed to re-do the
decoration, so I printed out the text and did the same process again with decorating.When that was done I once again put it in Illustrator and traced it.

Looks mint, the only thing I could say is the text has a black stroke but the shadow doesn't; although it is a shadow and it seems fair for it not to really have one, it would look better with it I believe.

Aye, Illustator is my big love. For the next piece I plan to import in to PS and try do some additional shading/effects however.

I actually did think about that, I can't remember why I didn't do it. I think it's just thatI forgot :disgusting:
I even saved a bottom-text layer for that purpose that I never re-enabled.

I don't do requests anymore, stopped a few months ago. I don't wanna stress with stuff, so I just go around doing what I feel like
This is all just practice for me. I am not really good at coming up with something to write, so if someone has a good idea or a username
with some nice letters that are balanced etc, they can have whatever I make if they can use it.
