I've been watching some simple tek tutorials on youtube and it seems fairly easy to do. Anyone have experience growing their own? I'm actually looking at grinding them into capsules and creating a microdose regimen from them with some other shrooms as well, including Lions Mane and Turkey Tail.
Did one grow year ago, was super easy and harvest was bigger than expected, if you have to chance to grow your own go for it! Well worth the effort, just remember to keep everything clean when injecting spores.
