I've found this website a few days ago.
It has an algorithm that scratches Spotify and gets:

-Every possible genre of music.
- All artists from a specific Genre.
- The most popular sample of music from each artist.

Just click on a Genre, and then click >> to check inside!

I'm confused, what exactly does this do? It's essentially creating a radio from a particular song, isn't it?

It has many uses, you can for example discover new genres of music that you've never heard about in your whole life, you can explore more artists from the genres you like, and even listen to a song from each one of them, to see if you actually like it or not.
