HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

i sleep 8 hours daily but i was used to sleep 10

If I sleep less than 7 hours, my day goes badly, my head buzzes, and all my muscles ache, I can hardly wait for the evening to come so I can rest.
