HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

i usually get around like 6 or 7 hours . i used to get way less tho

I need full 8 hrs without that i m moving zombie

I usually get around 7 or 8 hours. I used to get less and didn't realize how much that was impacting my productiveness as a human being

i sleep about 5 hours a day

most of time i sleep seven hours

my sleep schedule is broken i swear

7 or 8 ideally 4 or 5 realistically
