I sleep 3-6 hours a night, my whoop bracelet be saying i need like 8-10

8 usualy.. But sometimes only 6.5 hours.

If I dont sleep 8 i'm fucked

6-8 hours mostly, depends on how busy it gets

i sleep for like atleast 5 hours then nap in the afternoon which is around 3 hours and it horrible

like 4, college is killing me lol

I have to sleep at least 6 hours, my head dizzy if less than that, then in the afternoon sleep 1 hour

like 8 hours usually or less sometimes
