HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

7/8 hours per day in rare cases 5

probably 5 hrs a day i always sleep at 1am

I mostly sleep around 9 or 10-ish but when this pandemic happened I sleep now at 11 or 12.

I sleep about 8 hours a day

Around 10-15 , im tired now

i started to sleep like five hours now

I try to get like 8hrs at least but normally end up getting like 5 :((
