HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

In average 6 hours a day.

but lately I sleep like a log, I do not know anymore. I should start taking a note of how long I sleep everyday

it really depends but prolly around 8

4=6 have been the mid term for me

I sleep around 5-6 Hours per day, probably not good but oh well..

sometimes 5 hours sometimes 8 hrs

I usually get 6-8 hours most nights

I try to sleep 8 hours every day if I can

I sleep like 7 - 8 hours a week
