HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I usually get around 6-8 hours of sleep on a daily basis. Rarely, it happens I have to sleep less or I get to sleep more, depending on the circumstances.

currently i sleep maybe up to 7 hours a day

Unsure how you can sleep less than 10 hours a day and not wake up sleepy, seems impossible to me, but yeah tend to sleep 10+ hours most of the time
