What a creep... Why does he take pictures anyway? It's not like he can share them, they're obviously private. If they weren't private it wouldn't be news.

He probably took pictures to see before and after images of the plastic surgery and maybe use those to promote his business.
Or took images before so he could analyze what he would do next without having the patient present.
