And yes, admin was my first userbar, and I used that design for my other ubs. All was intentional on my part to get things done quickly and not waste time creating entirely new patterns. The rest about contrast and what not is because I'm shitty with that stuff.
Lite came in later when mah boss said just add it and recolor it orange.
I am not going to complain on the planning part, mainly because I don't bother to do it either. That being said, I will note a comment on your lack of ability to hide that fact. If you wing it, you gotta try and hide the fact that you did. Otherwise it looks like incredibly lame and boring work.

The second is the fact that they all look way too much alike. I get how the first happened, it's the result of laziness and most importantly, the idea that when you design several elements for the same use, they should look alike, right? That is only really true if the elements are being used close to each other in the screen, which UBs generally aren't. The text on "Moderator" looks awkwardly high up in terms of placement when compared to say "Developer".
I have no doubt that they are placed in the exact same place, but the shape difference above and under them makes the texts stand out differently to the eyes. Its like looking at something you know is in a straight line, it will probably look everything but straight to your eyes if it is placed against another surface on the same level. Now that example only works if you placed two things next to each other, and I just claimed that UBs aren't usually right next to each other so what's the problem?
The problem is that if you remove the other object, the original will still look out of place rather than straight because of how you remember it. The same idea with UBs, they will look out of place if the time period between seeing two of them is short enough. It isn't a huge problem, but when working with singular pixels and hard edges, it is a noticeable one. For most people it would probably be describe as; "I can't put my finger on it, but something is off". Its something you notice, yet not something you can define unless you know what to look for.
Now the only real issue I had is the overall laziness in their creation. I can see a total of 4 different main shapes. Those being the main container that makes up most of the UBs, the text in each of them, the top portion of "Moderator" and the bottom portion of "Administrator" and "Premium". Premium is essentially "Lite" with Admin's bottom shape pattern. "Developer" is Moderator's top portion with a flipped version of the same shape pattern from Admin, or rather one that looks like a version made by simply cutting off a few layers as an after-thought. That is also something odd.
That "Lite" and "Member" seems to be recolors of each other. "Premium" seems like a recolor of "Administrator" with the top part cut-off. While "Developer" seems to be the bottom part of "Administrator" cut off slightly with the top part of "Moderator" cut off slightly. Though "Developer" seems to still be the one and only instance of a direct change in the pattern. What I'd recommend instead is to keep the same design philosophy you used when you created the bottom portion of "Administrator" in mind and use that to create unique patterns for each userbar rather than just copy/pasting it and doing very minor alterations to it.
The color choice is also rather dull. I mean green on green? Pink on pink? There is hardly any contrast in the design, making it an annoyance to look at for any meaningful amount of time. They serve as color labels more than anything. They could just as well have been a singular layer box of color to signify their role. That is excluding the "Administrator" one, which has some contrast to it in terms of light levels. (Which is also the best in that regard.) The worst offender to this is "Lite" followed by "Moderator". While the "Developer" and "Member" are slightly less problematic.
Another small thing is that some of them seems to mimic a 3D dimensional idea, where as some of them seems to try and be more 2D in design. By no means are they terrible ideas, one thing is incredibly clear when you look at them. No plans were made, no mock designs were made, no drafts. They were made on a whim, made as you stumble onward with a rather basic idea in mind. Because of that, they look bland, unimaginative, and more than a bit rough around the edges.
also i might that his boss man did want a lot of consistencyand wanted it to be done fast.
Also premium was made after the final product was completed and the boss asked for it to just be a re color of owner/administrator.

The circumstances around how and why something was made is irrelevant. The design/art is still as it is. It doesn't matter if it is someone's first work, if they made it in a short time or in the middle of a war-zone. Those circumstances doesn't make the work itself better or worse. It makes it more understandable why something was done or more impressive in terms of the artist's capabilities. However we aren't talking about Bubble's overall talent as an artist, but a finished product he's made.
