Hack for gmod is stupid idea because there are many good anti-cheats int the int which update every moment

Learn the game,
There are nearly no big server who don't use cac anti cheat
And guys who use hacks will be banned fast, if vac is not doing it and seriously its useless.

Hacking in Garry's Mod is a good way to get exposed on YouTube as a hacker. There's a high chance of you being recorded while hacking in most cases.

I currently dont use any. I mean its gmod i dont have use.

There's quite a bit, most stay undetected cuz idek if they care bout anti-virus. Or they just stay updated.
