Has hurricane florence slowed down?

I was wondering if someone would tell me if hurricane Florence has died down so i can tell my friends. I heard 5 people died already and im not sure if it slowed down

It's standing still and moving very slowly, power is out for most of sc where it hit in my area and there's flash flood warnings because the hurricane is predicted to hover. Most of the worst is over everyone is just worried about rain and wind now. That's what is gonna cause all the problems. I hope this helped!

It is moving very slowly. I am sure that they will know when it is safe to return.
