Spotify would be my choice, but i do have premium so no ads. So definitely either youtube with and adblocker or maybe soundcloud in the popular section/playlist?

Honestly spotify and Apple music arnt bad, give them a try.

unfort though i like deezer over spotify, spot does have this functionality that you make be looking for

well yeah spotify has an app for windows or mac which ever OS you have. its free

A lot of playlists on spotify are made for that purpose
