Help me please! About garry's mod darkrp server!

Today i spoke with a man and he asked about my data base. He say that with data base you can do loading on your server as fasteras it canbe! Please help me how to stand my server on data base. Sorry for my English.I hope you understand me! Help please

first of all that's untrue. his probably just trying to steal stuff from you.
second of all you're hardly making sense so i'm only replying to what i understood.

I read about it on other forums and people said me that it is MySQL database. Does you know anything about it?

Your database probably holds some information like player IP's, usernames and (possibly) passwords. This information would be useful for people to steal. I would advise you keep the information to yourself, as it has nothing to do with loading a server.

I want to make loading to my server faster. Is it hard to create MySQL database and connect it to my server?
