Can you be specific, in what your issue is?

I'm not certain if you can't change the logo, in the default page there is a link to your logo.
Change it there, clear cache.

Been working with MyBB since 2013. Been involved with several forum such as Crackingseal & Cracked.to

your header code is fucked :( You need to fix that first then you can have a logo like this image bellow :D
