Help with deciding on a plugin system

Hello there,

I have been working on this (cracking)project for a while now and it's almost time for me to start making the plugin system which will handle how you load the modules(Sites you want to crack). Now i had a few idas and i would like you to help medecide which one i should run with.

So here are the options:

1. (Sentry) My software will create a config file with the help of a Sentry config. This config will be put on the websites plugin shop where the user that made it will get a 25% cut of each sale on the plugin. But if they don't mantain the plugin they will be removed and i will update it.
   
2. (Custom)I create specially designed modules where i go through each site i make a module so optimized as possible (This would take more time)
   
3. (Scripting) I create a small scripting language which i would translate into the software almost like the sentry would work but it would be configs specific for this software.
   

Note: All the modules is encrypted with my custom encryption algorithm.
