The official website for Shogakukan's Big Comic magazine revealed on December 25 that manga creators Hidenori Hara and Yu Koyama will both launch a new manga. Hara's new manga is titled Sh mo Nai Bokura no Renai-ron (Our Hopeless Love Theory, top in image above). The preview noted that the "middle age love story" manga begins when a man receives a call from a woman he had once loved, and has not spoken to in 20 years. The manga will launch in the second 2019 issue of the magazine on January 10. Koyama's new manga is titled Sta no Kuni (Sota's Land, right illustration at lower left in image above), and will launch in the magazine's fourth issue on February 9. Hara received an award in the 33rd Shogakukan Manga Awards for his Just Meet and Fuyu Monogatari manga. He drew one of the manga adaptations of the Train Man: Densha Otoko story that Viz Media published in North America from 2006 to 2007. Hara's Hoshi no Furumachi (When You Wish Upon a Star) manga inspired a live-action film in 2011. Koyama's Ganbare Genki, Ore wa Chokkaku, and Oi, Ryoma manga all inspired television anime in 1989, 1991, and 1992, respectively. Koyama's Azumi manga also inspired two live-action films in 2003 and 2005. Source: Big Comic's website
