Weight lifting. LOL. So quite some time ago, I bought all this weight equipment, it was one of those new year's resolution kicks. Well I ended up never using it forever. But I'll be damned, COVID came around and there I was pumping iron in the garage ever day. I kinda wanted to come out of COVID looking like a champ. Everybody else was gonna be all tired and chunky, and that wasn't gonna be me.

I know, right! Fitness is like the unsung hero of COVID hobbies. It's the one that most people should jump into considering the circumstances, but the one that most avoid.

Dude, after spending the first 2 and half weeks of COVID just vegging out on the couch, practically living on junk food and Netflix, and hearing the lockdown was continuing, I was like this is enough.

I think I ate more junk food in that time period than I've eaten in my entire life all put together.... And I've got quite a few years behind me. So hitting the weights was an absolute necessity!
