Horror Games Without Jumpscares?

Hey all, new here and figured I'd see if anyone has an recs for me. I LOVE horror games - absolutely despise jumpscares in every sense. I don't mind one or two maybe, but a lot of games lately rely on them and it kinda grates on my nerves with how many games I've been turned off of checking most content out there lately!

Any recs would be appreciated, love indie games a bunch and would love to see any gems you guys could recommend.

There is only one game i can recommend.......... PHASMOPHOBIA.
It uses no jump scares, and is one of the creepiest games you can play.

Saw a few vids recommended to me but wasn't aware it didn't have jump scares! Thanks dude, I'll check it out later today!
