VAC is a good anti-cheat. It is not optimal, but gets the job done. On a game like CSGO, it is backed up with things like trust factor (people are less likely to cheat on an account they play a lot on, spent money on, are ?reputed on, than a new account

usp leaves you more in the comfort zone with its precision
Vac is just for some protection ,but exist a lot hack undetected ,and VAC=shit

sometimes yes,but 1/6 of matches of a day is full of hackers cant be called as good.as least for my situation

It's shit. A 7 year old could have done a better job. A cheat on github has been UD for over 3 years (until last month). A vacbypasser is completely opensource on github, hasn't been updated in a year and still works and is widely used in most paid cheats.
VAC would be much better if Valve just updated signatures and patched exploits.

VAC isn't a good anticheater. most of the times cheaters are caught by overwatch and thats it

Usually with good hacks, it won't stop you. Majority of the time tho, it's pretty good at stopping hackers, especially in more competitive games
