How are you dealing with your work-related anxiety?

Hey guys. I'm doing a job for a huge company now, I'm responsible for all the post-production with 3D and composition. Even though I'm confident I'm talented, I find myself struggling without knowing if I'll be able to finish everything in time. Do you have any tips to keep focused during this? How do you deal with such responsibilities? Thank you!
