Honestly I don't think you can nor should you try. Wait till you're 18, but more importantly wait untill you can financially take care of your addictions and proof to anyone that it does not hinder your abilities to meet your responsabilities. IF you can't do that, then you prolly should be smoking.

Rent a PO Box and have shit shipped to that. Also don't be obviously high when around friends/family unless you can handle it. Also make sure you don't smell

Vape or use a dab rig, the odor doesn't last anywhere near as long in the air so they won't get suspicious of the smell.

use edibles or a vaporizer, you wont have to worry about smell or the sticky fingers of loading a bowl. they are def safer options than rolling joints or loading a big bong bowl

Even if you could do it under cover, your family would smell you coming, that sweet pungent aroma would waft in every where ( ",) that said you could get a really cool vape off the internet that lets almost no smoke escape

Edibles are the way to go. Or go to a park and smoke your joints there

Eat endiles or smoke oil cartridges tbh, that would solve your problem but they will still notice that you are high asf
