Start by offering your passion as a service. But you need to be fairly good at it to do that so make sure to practice your passion frequently.

For example, if you are passionate about digital art/illustrations, practice it a lot, watch tutorials and strive to learn as you go. You could then try to make illustrations for your friends either for free or in exchange for something like a treat to that nice pizza spot, or straight up cash. And then when you're more confident with your skills, you could try going into sites like Fiverr and offer your service there. Start small unless you've already built yourself a solid portfolio to justify charging big bucks.
