How do I hide my IP / Location on home hosted servers?

I've been wanting to have multiple servers but never had any money to pay for the second server, now Ihave a machine I can use, its ish but that's not relevant.

What I want to know is if I can change my IP with a TCP proxyor hook onto a VPN
any other ideas would be absolutely awesome, If anyone could help me out with this I would be absolutely amazed.
