Especially bad habits such as smoking and stuff, what do you do knowing that it affects your everyday life depending how often you do it?

I'm a diabetic and I drink the fuck out of pop/soda. I also eat ice cream every night. My meds keep everything in check, but my pop/ice cream addiction is literally going to be the death of me one day.

Either that or all the cannabis I smoke will counteract all the bad the other two do! Wink

Instead of trying to stop abruptly try to lower the usage of whatevery you are addicted to. If you tell yourself that one more of the substance isn't bad try to handle yourself

the biggest thing to rememeber whenever it gets hard, is that thats not your fault. it is just hard. dealing with addiction is a difficult thing to do. one of peoples biggest problems is always feeling guilty for not being better at dealing with it yknow? so if your struggling and you feel guilty- you can feel less guilty because its a tough task
