How do you guys focus?

I sit down with my laptop and 420. Thats how i focus.

This might be just me, but listening to music always helps me when I'm working on something. I don't know why. It just does. Try it!

Take a breather, if you own an iPod or MP3, put on some headphones with it, and head out for a jog or something

Turn off your phone(!), take one or two adderall (or somethink alternativ to adderall like Amphetamin :wooow:

To focus I do 1 of 2 things. I either listen to some music l, any kind is fine for me besides rock and country. The other thing I do is put all my phones and stuff somewhere so I could get a break.

Music, Loud music, at full volume and hopefully going deaf

try probably seeing a professional about it. sounds like the best idea

I find that if I get desperate enough I can create miracles with the focus that brings to the table.
