How increase my cps ?

Practice, practice and practice. It's all muscle memory. (And genetics but we don't talk about that) I don't think Minecraft PvP is worth the time. You should focus on having fun more.

do youtube search there lots of tutorial and suggestion for cps method

usually butterfly easier than jitter but jitter is good so try different positions of hand and just shaking hand

it takes lots of time to develop something so just try different position and styles

Clicking methods you should try:

• [Easy] Butterfly Clicking - Alternate keypressws between both fingers
  
• [Medium] Jitter Clicking - Spasm your wrist to press the click button extremely fast
  
• [Hard] Drag Clicking - Drag your finger across the click button to perform multiple clicks fast.
  

The key to them all is practice and more practice. Happy clicking!

my cps isnt much better. i average 14 and sometimes on a rare occasion can hit 15/17

Buttterfly and stuff never helped me i just learned how to spam the hell out of my mouse I'm going to say something that not a lot of people agree with because a skilled person will almost always beat you no matter the hardware but maybe your mouse is just having a hard time if you know how you can try to modify to make it react to the slightest touch or you can buy a new mouse preferable a bloody one it has a double/triple click option it kind of is cheating but you will not get caught, it's still up to you

Increasing you cps is really easy. All you have to do is click faster lol

Jitter-Click or ButterFly click with your mouse, I can't realty type out for how to do these things but look it up on youtube, they are very easy and it very dependent on your mouse.

You can use programs that trains your muscle memory
or use macro (NOT RECOMMENDED)

You could start off improving your aim or just start to play against better players than yourself. Thats what helped me the most.
