How long you sit each day on the pc?

How long you sit each day on the pc? I am at least 2 hours per day

At least 4 hours a day. Sometimes it goes up to 8, but this is extremely rare

too long probably 9-10 hours a day need to get out more

well, i work on a computer so 8 at work and then when i get home i play games or make music but i do workout a lot so id hope that balances things lol

most days prolly 6-8 hours a day on the PC, then a couple hours on the phone

It depends on whether I'm on vacation, usually 4-5 hours a day. if you work with computing, it will be 14 hours!

Since covid, usally 2h/day but since covid I'm more like 8h/day

around 5 each day, this can go up to 8 and down to around 2

I probably take 3 to 4 hrs on my sit. just doing documetns stuff and play.

Depends on the day honestly, I use my PC for freelance work aswell as gaming, so anything from 2 hours to 12. Eye strain and sitting too long is something that I have to manage or my eyes would be messed up and circulation in my legs would be non-existant. Stand up from time to time, stretch, this is a huge tip for PC users.
