depends on your rank, if you are just going for kills playing off your teammates is the best way to get big frags.

You can try to exit frag many times. Or just bait in general. Its not gonna make you a good player, but you will top frag at least.

Try entry fragging, takes some balls and some practice but sure as hell pays off.
